Vogue Paris Original 1444; ca. 1965; Patou - One Piece Dress. Slightly shaped blouson bodice has flap pockets either side of center front closing. Sleeveless or very short sleeves. A-line skirt has front pleat. Slide-fastener closing in left side-back seam.
